ConnorsLaw proudly announces that John J. Muldowney, Esquire, formerly of White & Williams in Philadelphia, has joined the firm as a partner in its Casualty Litigation Trial Practice and Workers’ Compensation Practice groups.

John (“Jack”) has over 21 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, defending both casualty and workers’ compensation claims on behalf of insureds, insurers, third-party administrators, employers, corporations, and a variety of business interests affected by liabilities based on personal injury, property damage, workers’ compensation and subrogable matters.

Jack is a distinguished graduate of the University of Virginia, honoring in History.  Jack then attended and graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1989.

Distinguishing himself before the Pennsylvania Bar, Jack is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Serving first as a staff attorney for Travelers Insurance, Jack then enjoyed working at two prominent Philadelphia insurance defense firms, Swartz Campbell, and then White and Williams, where Jack practiced for the last 10 years.  Joining ConnorsLaw, Jack is eager to embrace partner status, bringing to our most appreciative client fold, several key client partnerships that Jack has long successfully nurtured.

Jack has extensive jury trial experience in civil litigation matters, to include casualty matters that involve premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, professional liabilities, employment liabilities, first party liabilities, construction defect liabilities, mass tort liabilities, as well as having been privileged to represent clients in defense of workers’ compensation claims, involving every potential type of workers’ compensation claim.

Further enhancing Jack’s professional experience and qualifications, Jack has been honored with an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and he is already celebrating his 5 year history of securing such a pre-eminent professional rating.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and now a member of the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network, Jack has also published numerous articles and treatises, addressing client liabilities in casualty litigation and workers’ compensation, and Jack is a frequent lecturer on similar topics, not only in direct concert with his clients, but also through the professional associations that have long recognized his unique talents.
