PENNSYLVANIA RATE INCREASE FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION BENEFITS

Connors, Esquire Effective as of January 1, 2013, the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation increased the maximum compensation payable rate, for temporary total disability benefits, to a weekly rate of $917.00.
